    UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS POSTING:  We are pleased to report that Harvey has weakened and is now north and east of IAH, and we are expecting mostly dry conditions at the airport for the next two days. This allowed us to reopen with limited operations earlier than planned, at 4 p.m. CT Wednesday, Aug. 30. We plan three arrivals, from EWR, ORD and SFO, and three departures, to DEN, EWR and ORD, Wednesday evening. We will then operate a gradually larger schedule on Thursday, starting with hub-to-hub flights.   For now, all mainline flights will operate in and out of Terminal E so that activity can be concentrated in one area.
