Three weeks into his new job, United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz is trying a new tactic to show he's really intent on delivering a better product to the Chicago-based airline's millions of customers and tens of thousands of employees.

Today, Munoz launched the new website unitedairtime.com. On the site's homepage visitors will find a video rather than the notes he's been writing to United frequent travelers and employees the past couple of weeks.

Though the camera angles and editing in the video could be considerably more flattering, Munoz once again introduces himself as United Airline's (NYSE: UAL) new leader. But Munoz goes one step further this time to say the job means "he's working for you," the airline's customers and employees who may be visiting the site.
