HOUSTON -- Houstonian and NASA Chief Charles Bolden provided more details about the space agency's new direction, as outlined in President Obama's 2011 budget proposal. Bolden says the plan to turn over the building of future spacecraft to the private sector will boost technological advancements and create jobs.
