Al Goodman is President of Albert James Associates LLC, a firm whose primary focus is in the area of facilitating management development and maximizing individual potential in the work place.  Al Goodman has over 25 years of global corporate experience working for companies where he developed an expertise and passion for maximizing human resource development..
 
For the past twelve years, Al Goodman was Director of Human Resources for FMC Technologies for the Energy Processing Division where he had responsibiliy for providing strategic leadership to five global business units throughout the USA as well as for operations in China, France, the United Kingdom, German, Norway and Dubai.  In this role Al had global responsibility for counseling, developing & mentoring General Managers and high potential leaders.  Al played a key role in upgrading the Corporation's succession planning process as well as leading a team which made significant improvements in the global Supply Chain for the Energy Processing Division.  FMC has frequently been named by Fortune Magazine as the world's most admired Oil & Gas Service Company.
 
Al received a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware and a MPA from New York University as well as additional graduate work in Pschology at The New School for Social Research.  He also attended the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan as well as attending a program at the Center for Creative Leadership.


MISTRESS OF CEREMONIES - Deborah Duncan

Deborah Duncan is well versed in the talk show genre having hosted both television and radio talk shows that relied on her versatility, quick-wittedness and being in tune with what Houstonians want to know.

Duncan has been a news anchor with KHOU since December of 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Texas and began her career at the CBS station in Austin. She was co-host of Good Morning Texas from 1994-1997 at KHOU's sister station WFAA. Deborah has also worked for Lifetime Television and ABC. While at ABC she hosted the Debra Duncan show from 1998-2002. Deborah is the recipient of many local and national awards for television excellence in addition to recognition for community service.
