SORRY! TOTALLY SOLD OUT.....AGAIN as of 1-17-2014

29th Annual Oilfield-Cook Off Hosted by Mattco - May 1, 2014

Sam Houston Race Park

As part of an ongoing effort to bring BABC members exciting and inventive opportunities to market their companies to targeted sectors, we are pleased to announce our participation in the Oilfield Charity Cook-Off hosted by Mattco. This event provides a perfect opportunity for companies to entertain clients the Thursday prior to the Offshore Technology Conference. Formerly known as the Harrisburg Cook-off, the event is specifically targeted to oil industry personnel and clients.  There’s no better way to welcome your clients to Texas than with a great plate of BBQ and a margarita with a splash of the UK.

BABC will be hosting an award winning cook team, open bar, band and dance floor in a completely enclosed private tent. The cook off is not open to the public. Only invited guests may attend. So, exclusivity is the word of the day. Last year approximately 3,000 people attended the cook-off. BABC Member companies have the opportunity to participate and attend with their guests by sponsoring the BABC Cook-Off tent.

· Corporate recognition on the hospitality tent entrance

· Corporate branding on the BABC event web page

· Corporate recognition in the BABC e-newsletter event write up

· 40 Tickets to the BABC tent, includes -  food, open bar, entertainment

· Opportunity for banner placement inside the hospitality tent

· Opportunity to provide corporate branded giveaways to attendees (min.475 pieces)

*Should BABC not be able to obtain sufficient  sponsorship to cover costs of the event, the event will be cancelled and monies refunded.
