Today’s economic climate is arguably tougher than at any time in the last 50 years. Most markets are facing huge upheavals and layoffs. So while the need to re-shape how organizations work is a priority right now, getting the most from your resources and people has never been more important.
Martin Carver, Primeast’s Head of Organizational Development and Change, has extensive consultancy experience, working with both board members and directors, to facilitate change and performance enhancement, and with senior management teams to maximise their effectiveness. Martin has led change initiatives for BASF, Cape plc, Novartis and for a division of a major oil and gas company.
Today, Martin will speak on the challenge of merging cultures, changes in expectation from the younger generation and the influences that culture can have on the success of global organizations. When leaders change their mindset based on beliefs and values it transforms their thinking and ignites their capacity for new creative solutions for themselves and their teams. When behaviors change so do results, culture and creates sustainability for the company. Martin will talk about the power of values in a reorganization initiative and how to lead with purpose.
