Paul started his government career in the mid 1970's. He has over thirty-five years of experience in military, covert intelligence gathering and analysis, law enforcement, and corporate environments. He has provided security management expertise, established and managed personal protection programs, created and managed OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) gathering programs, overseen multi-national project management and consulting assignments. He has developed, implemented, and been selected to evaluate Presidential level close protection teams and their training programs for Foreign Governments.

Mr. French has managed, designed and provided personal protection to members of several royal families, numerous international dignitaries, celebrities, and Fortune 100 corporate executives throughout the world.

During a decade long assignment to law enforcement in London, U.K., he undertook numerous complex financial investigations. After Government service, he joined Business Risks International, Inc. He assumed the same role when BRI was acquired by US based Pinkerton Consulting and Investigation Services.

He has provided investigative support and advice to legal counsel, and the senior management of domestic and international corporations in various situations ranging from extortion, crisis management and product tampering; to planning and coordinating the security arrangements for business operations in high threat locales.
